We’re Andrew and Lourdes, parents to two young daughters and a cat named Winnie.
After years of volunteering at local organic farms, we dreamed of finding land where we could reconnect with nature, practice regenerative farming, rediscover ancestral traditions, and build community.
In 2020, we found our 53-acre property in the Haliburton Highlands. Its rolling hills reminded us of Scotland’s Isle of Skye, Andrew’s ancestral home, and Highland of Skye was born.
What began with organic garlic farming grew into Seed and Bulb, followed by Two of Earth in 2022, Lourdes’s ancestral-inspired tallow skincare brand.
Today, we split our time between Toronto and Haliburton, with big dreams for what’s ahead. We’re so glad you’re here for the journey!
